Different Voices, Equal Respect explores how to understand regional ways of giving advice and imagining possibilities without measuring every speaker against one standard. You and your child will learn to recognise täte + infinitive, compare it with neutral-standard alternatives, and discuss how wording can affect listeners’ judgments. The emphasis is on thoughtful listening and appropriate register choices, not on copying a regional construction.
