Tildi, operated by Maximillian James Brown, offers a 30-day money-back guarantee on all purchases. If you are not happy with Tildi for any reason, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date.

How to request a refund

Our payments and refunds are handled by our Merchant of Record, Paddle.com. To request a refund:

  • Visit paddle.net and look up your order using the email address you used at checkout, or
  • Contact us through the in-app support channel and we will help you process the refund with Paddle.

Refunds are returned to the original payment method. Processing time depends on your bank or card issuer (typically 5–10 business days).

Subscription cancellations

You can cancel a subscription at any time through your Paddle customer portal at paddle.net. After cancellation, you keep access until the end of the current billing period and you will not be charged again.
