That Blanket, It's Your Favourite in German
Make familiar objects gently noticeable by naming them, pausing briefly, and referring to them again: “Deine weiche Decke, die kommt mit.” This C2 unit explores conversational left dislocation: a separate topic phrase followed by a matching demonstrative pronoun. Use it warmly during everyday care; your baby or toddler can respond with a look, a movement, a sound, or nothing at all.
