Your Interests, Your Direction in Spanish
This guide focuses on high-level Spanish structures used to acknowledge a specific reality while maintaining a separate boundary or limit. Using concessive structures like 'por más que' or 'aunque' at a C2 level allows parents to validate their own feelings or external factors without imposing them as obligations on the child.
What you'll learn
- Master advanced concessive clauses using 'por más que' or 'aun cuando' with the subjunctive.
- Express parental preferences without violating the child's autonomy.
- Distinguish between personal enthusiasm and the child's duty in formal but warm Spanish.
