As for Those Wriggly Toes in German
Give slightly grand grown-up phrasing a tender, playful place in everyday care with “was … betrifft” and “was … angeht”: “as for …” or “as far as … is concerned.” These frames gently set one topic apart—porridge, a nappy, or those wriggly toes—before you say what happens next. The C2 challenge is controlling case, word order, and tone; your baby or toddler can simply listen, wriggle, babble, or respond with a single word.
